Thank you for choosing our ASHLAND CITY location to view rental items! Below you will find our terms and lease agreement for our rental items.

We have several bumper pull  livestock trailers available for rent.

Equipment prices for 24 hour period from pickup to return. (Saturday thru Monday morning counts as 1 day).

• All pieces of equipment do require a $50-$100 Deposit!
• Trailer must be CLEANED prior to return. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit.
• Our trailers can be used In-state only. Customer is responsible for any traffic violations while in possession of trailer.

By filling out this form, this will be your Lease Agreement with us.

NOTES:

• All accessories must be returned with rented equipment. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of current rental price.
• All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was taken. All equipment must be cleaned and in regular working order to receive a full refund of deposit. Robertson Cheatham Farmers Co-op must be notified immediately of any damage resulting from regular equipment use. Customer will be financially responsible for any damages to equipment due to misuse or neglect, including broken or missing parts, at a cost to be determined by Robertson Cheatham Farmers Co-op. By signing below, customer agrees to all information and terms as listed above.
